I have found an old newspaper article that has a picture of the US Naval Reserve Camp @ Put-n-Bay. This was sometime between 1909 and 1911 I believe. He was on the USS Hawk. He was married to my g grandmother Emma and his oldest daughter was born in 1907. If you think there is a connection I have a lot of info on his family.
