In the 1870 Henderson county census: Darien 46 Elizabeth 40 Richard W. 16 Francis 12 WM L 10 Robert W 8 George B. 8 ???? Isaac L 4 Harry 22 b. Ky. Nanceyell ??? 17 b. Tx James E. 19 Farm Laber. (separate household) Nancy 22 wife b. Tx Laura b Feb 1870 In 1880 Darien was not on the Henderson county census. James E. was listed as a head of house, wife Nancy (born in Texas), five children James E. 29 Ky Nancy 31 Tx Laura Belle 9 Lizzie 6 James 5 Robert 3 Nellie G. 1 (possibly my grandmother) Benjamin brother 14 Isaac brother 12 Darius brother 19 (could this be Wm L. of the 1870 census) Robert W. brother 17 I hope this may help you.
