My name is Heather Gahrmann. My grandfather was August Paul Jr. and my grandmother was Shirley Lawrence. I am shocked to find out that there are other people on this site with the same family background. I am looking for any info anyone can give me on my history. My family lives in Hampton, E. Hartford, Essex, Old Saybrook, and Norwich CT. My grandmother is in a nursing home up there and is too sick to tell me anything. My grandfather died when my dad Robert was 11. My great Aunt Lilian Gahrmann passed away about 2 years ago.
