Hello: This is my first request for help. I am looking for confirmation of the birth of BENJAMIN HOCKING, son of Benjamin Hocking and for a location of where they came from in Cornwall. I have found the LDS record of a Benjamin Hocking born July 4, 1864 in Camborne, Cornwall, but the family have the date of birth for our Benjamin as October 22, 1864. I did question if the birth date could have been July 4th, and the christening date October, but the family information is that he was born in October. Benjamin came to America when he was 19, which would have been around 1883. Is there anyone who is able to help me locate the Benjamin born October 22, 1864 somewhere in Cornwall?
