Dear Judith, I saw your response to Donna in regard to this family and I immediately wondered if you are familiar with any other Hitts in Davidson Co. about that time. My line is Peter,Peter,Joel (came to Oldham Co,Ky.), James Weaver Hitt, John,Louis,JB,JB. I have a neighbor Evelyn Norfleet whose line beginning with her mother Myrtle Hitt goes back to Thomas Lee, Thomas Lee, then perhaps Armistead Jackson Hitt. Thomas Lee,Jr. was b 1869 thus that family should be in 1870 census but I have not found them. Thomas Lee was known to both Myrtle and Evelyn so we know he existed. Do you have any information on this branch? Is there anything you need on Bourbon Co. Hitt's that I might have? Any help would be appreciated. JB
