Harman Hitt appoints Benjamine Hitt and Samuel Hitt his attorneys to divide his property among his children, namely, John Hitt, Elizabeth Rector, Peter Hitt or his heirs, Jesse Hitt, Mary Ayers, Sally Hitt, Martin Hitt, Benjamine Hitt, Daniel Hitt, and Samuel Hitt.
