Hardman     Reta J. Hall Hardman, 87, of Clarksburg, died Monday, Feb. 15, 1999, in a local nursing home following an extended illness. She was born Jan. 19, 1912, in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Leonidas H. and Grace L. Hitt Hall. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Ray (Helen) Maze, Bridgeport; one niece, Rickie Lane Griegel, Marco Island, Fla.; and two nephews, William Robert Hostutler and Michael Hall, both of Dayton, Ohio.     Mrs. Hardman was a retired licensed practical nurse from United Hospital Center with over 15 years of service. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit No. 13 and the Clarksburg Baptist Church.     A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. today at Greenlawn Masonic Cemetery.
