Hi Barbara Nice to hear from you. Did I type all that. I am afraid so. I do not type as well as I use to. For some reason my brain tell my fingers to go there and they keep wanting to go over yonder. There is a lot of single spaced pages in this book. Too MUCH to type. It is not indexed so I have to scann through it. But it is a great piece of work. She has foot notes for everything. I have never met Gail in person, but I sure do love her for all the work she has done on these families. These families are on my fathers side. I would like to find out about a William Henry Holtzclaw who was b. in GA about 1850 and moved to Coryell Co. He married there twice and than vanished. I don't know if he died or what. I have a 95 yr old Aunt that lives in Lubbock. She m. my mother's only brother. She was a Holtzclaw. She is such a wonderful lady I would like to find her family for her. Her father was James "Dolly" Stephens Holtzclaw b. abt 1878 in Coryell Co., TX. I will be glad to help you if I can. I will look through the book and see if I can find something. Gail has gone back to Germany on the Holtzclaws, Franks, Hitts, Otterbach and others. All doccumentated. And of course the US. Keep in touch.
