---------- The Memorial Foundation of Germanna Colonies, Inc is preparing the Germanna Heritage Book 1714-1999, Germanna Record No. 15, a unique collection of topical and family sketches to be published in late 1999. We invite all Germanna families with residence, former residence, or roots in Germanna or the Culpeper, Orange, Madison, Fauquier County area to submit their family history of 500 words and one photo to be published. In addition, if your ancestors were in Germanna or the Culpeper, Orange, Madison, Fauquier County area by 1714 or later, you may submit an additional 500-word story and photo. Histories of homes, churches, businesses, towns, villages, etc. associated with Germanna are welcome with a word limit range from 250-750 words with photos.
