H. H. Shibley, Jesse Wood, Dan Miller, and Miss Nicodemus; two quilts each, Mesdames Harvey and Ross and Mr. Campbell; pair sheets and pillow cases each, Mesdames Higgs, Bryan, Thayer and Flowers; a quilt, sheet hair pillows and two pair cases, Mrs. Dill; one table, Mrs. Sherwood; bedstead, clothing, cushion, hassock lamp and jelly, Mrs. Pernot; clothing, Mesdames Oscar Miles, John Wilson, P.D. Scott, Max Lyons, C. W. Jones, James Wood, John Kerwin, John Brown, Holmes, Cordell, and Miss Mary Ross; two curtains, Mrs. John Daniels; stove, Mr. Nicodemus; stove and pipe, Mrs. Fundenberg; rocking chair, milk, tickets, dishes, milk and provisions, Mrs. Jesse Wood; two chairs, Mrs. Thayer; magazines, Mesdames Halley, Fundenberg, John O'Kane, Bryan; jelly and books, Mrs. Edmondson, four towels and package of rolled oats, Sarah Miller; provisions, Mesdames Littlefield, J. L. Hutchinson and Dunham; meals, Will Hynes, Mesdames Austin and Jesse Wood, two pieces of carpet, Mrs. Adkins; to volumes for library, Miss Sherwood; soap-stand and waiter, Miss Fundenberg; load of coal, W. H. Hayman; washbowl, Mrs. Dunham; pitcher, Mrs. Warren; Argus, Thayer Bros.; tow jars beef extract, on can granum, Mrs. A. Wilson, bottle of pickles, jar of jelly, Mrs. Faber; bread and preserves, Mrs. Matthews; dress, Mrs. John O'Kane; dress, Mrs. James O'Kane, The News, Frank Anderson; bread, Mrs. Austin; coffee, Miss L. Clegg; buttermilk, Mrs. Turner; dishes, Mrs. Thayer; sugar bowl and pitcher, Mrs. Flowers; Bible, Mrs. Dickson; two dolls, Annie Matthew; wrapper, Mrs. Frazier; preserves, Mrs. Littlefield. Three persons were admitted to the hospital during the month of January and four during the month of February. Mrs. Draper died after being an inmate of five weeks; Mr. Ritchie died the day after being admitted. His five children were cared for and homes were provided for four. Three persons and one child are still inmates. Ten families and two individuals have been assisted. Two pupils have attended the industrial department. We are thankful to those who have assisted.
