Smith in 1822 - was Thomas and Martin Hinds. Another researcher brought to my attention that the name next to theirs was a Higgens. In the Morris NJ-Randolph NC Hinds lines there is a Rutha Higgins that married Joseph Hinds, Sr. (b abt 1705) lived in New Hanover Twp, Hunterdon, NJ before moving with his family to NC where he died leaving a will.
