The couple had several children but the one I am interested in is Bishop I. Crossman. It is reported that Eliakim named his son Bishop because Eliakim was a revival singer. Who knows!! I am curious about Bishop's middle name. It is spelled Isbol or Isobel, depending upon which source is quoted. It is said that the name originated within his mother, Betsy Hinds' family. Can someone confirm the correct spelling for me please?
