Greetings cousins, I've just joined the HINDS-L list & board, after having spent some time reading some of the entries. My first question: I saw several references to a book by Kathleen Lamb about a book she had written, based on primary sources, about John Henry Hinds & his descendants. What is the title of this book, & how might one acquire a copy? Is Kathleen Lamb still monitoring this list/board? I also saw references, here & elsewhere, to the Hinds family bible and John Henry Hinds' 1778 will (which was superseded by his later will), and to a Kathleen Parkman Lamb Collection at McClung, and would be interested in further info about them.
