Hi: I spotted this at the Library of Congress search site. It is a letter from J. R. Hinds who left a package at a barber shop. He is writing on (I presume) his company's letter head. The library has it catalogued under J. R. Hinds altho the signature could also be T. R. Hinds as far as I'm concerned. It is cataloged under "African American history". Not sure why.
