County James McDaniels Son John a youth and being Sworne on the holy Evangelists of Almighty god and saith that on Saturday the 11th day of this last? he the 1st Deponent was at the House of John mc Daniels and he the deponent and Samuel mDaniel was standing in the door and was throwing water in one anothers faces and the 1st Deponent unintentially threw some water on Abraham mcDaniel. The 2nd deponent Abraham mDaniel got in a rage and punching him in the belly with his gun the 1st deponent picked up a stool and then the 2nd Deponent mcDaniel got the stool from the 1st Deponent and catched him by the neck and shoved him, the 1st deponent out doors. The 1st deponent threw a leg of the stool at this McDaniel and the deponent mcDaniel got a brick and struck the 1st deponent thrice or four blows with this bricke. Further this deponent saith not.
