Know ye that in consideration of the Ancient Composition of twenty five shillings starting paid by John Hind into the treasury of the Commonwealth, there is granted by the said Commonwealth unto the said John Hind a certain tract or parcel of land containing two hundred and fifty acres by survey bearing date the twenty sixth day of September, one thousand seven hundred and eighty lying and being in the County of Augusta adjoining Msr.
