I am a descendant of Mary Ann DANIEL nee HINDS daughter of George Burt Hinds. One of the things that attracted me to your message was the inclusion of the name KING as well as HINDS. I know that some of my G-grandmothers siblings went out to New Zealand, one of them being a Violet Hinds. My Dad was a Merchantman and during one of his voyages down under he visited family and written on the back of a photograph is the address of a Violet KING, who I would assume is the former Violet Hinds or perhaps a daughter. Is there any connection here? I would be very interested to hear from you. Regards Maria
