This database of Arkansas marriage records between 1851 and 1900 has just been updated, adding records for Benton, Nevada, Randolph, and Sebastian Counties to those from Cleveland, Craighead, Crawford, Hempstead, Pike, Union, Washington, White, and Yell Counties. Taken from microfilm copies of original county documents, each record provides spouses' names, marriage date, and county of residence. Records for "white" individuals and "colored" individuals were kept in separate volumes. This database only includes the volumes of "white" marriages.
