    3. HI: Here is a website below that the Hinds researchers in KY need to look at. Found at the query page of Wayne Co., KY USGenWeb page. Regards, Nan [email protected] =========================== Early Hinds/Hines family Posted by Robert Sharp <[email protected]> on Mon, 29 May 2000, in response to Stephen Hines m. Sarah Reece 1813 Wayne Co. Ky, posted by Ed Vicars on Sat, 18 Dec 1999 Surname: Hines, Hinds See www.rootsweb.com/~tnunion/historical/hindf.htm, a story on Joseph Hinds, who moved to Wayne County, Ky. c.1800 (his will was filed there; daughter Ruth & son-in-law William Sharp lived there in that era). He had a son Joseph, probably about the right age to be the father of Stephen (one other son of Joseph Sr is mentioned as being born in 1771). See also the story on Sharp's Fort at the same location if you think this is an ancestor.

    3. I'm sorry that I sent so many messages at one time. I hit the wrong button and did not realize they were being sent until I saw them disappearing off the screen. I was supposed to be transferring them to my To Be Sent file. I try to limit my messages to no more than six at a time because some of you may be using a computer at work or have a mail box that can't handle a heavy load. Drat. Regards, Nan [email protected]
