I am new to this list and imagine that the Hill list would be very large. I have a Hill ancestor that has been in the too tough basket for a while so thought I would flag the details on this list to see what happens. I have a Nicholas Isaac Hill born about 1831 Bristol, England. He was butcher and emigrated to Australia in 1857. His father was Isaac Hill, also a butcher and his mother Hannah Merrick.
