(My Hill lineage is Robert Henry Hill and Jordan Hill who left the North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama areas in the 1800’s and came to Texas in 1839 thru Brazoria County). Daniel Hill, born 4 Sept 1757 in New Jersey; died 1 Nov 1846 in Purdy, McNairy County, Tennessee. Married Eleanor (or Ellen) Noddings. She was born 1750 and died 1 Nov 1848 in McNairy County, Tennessee. Their Children: 1. Samuel 2. James, born 17 March 1789, married Nancy Coleman. 3. Abraham, born 1 Dec 1790, married Martha Walker. 4. Nodding, born 14 Jan 1792, married Ruth Brown. 5. Sarah, born 10 Feb 1794, married Joseph (James) Graham 6. Elijah, born 1795, married Rebecca Coffman (Koffman) 7. Elender, born 17 May 1799, married Josiah Coffman (Koffman) 8. Daniel, Jr., born 1800, married Betty ----------- 9.
