Have you talked to the County about the Cemetery , is it on private land? I live in IL about 1 hour from Norris City IL this is where the cemetery is located? Have you went to the White Co IL mail list I assume that is the correct County and have you explained the problem there someone on that list may help you. This person you found to clean it up , does this include reerecting stones , or weed eating and mowing. Just asking may want to help in someway.
