John Hill, Dalton, Whitfield Co., Georgia Age 42 in 1872 Came to the U.S. in 1849 from Edinburg, Scotland Moved to Dalton, Whitfield Co., GA in 1853 Mrs. Fannie Hyer, widow of John Hill (she was 62 in 1906). She married John Hill about 1854 or 1855 in Chattanooga, TN Information mentions brother Robert Hill Mrs. W.R. Johnson appointed Administratrix of John Hill's estate, March 1906 Also mentions Robert Batey and William D. Bard Robert Batey was Mrs. Fannie Hyer's stepfather.
