Hello! A friend asked me some questions about his Hill line that I was unable to help him with. Am hoping one of you has some information. Here is his inquiry: I am working on three Hill lines in Newton, Franklin & Johnson Cos., Arkansas that have connections to the Branch and McAllister families. Our HILLs came out of North Carolina. I don't have much except for Henry W. Hill, b 1800-1810. He may have married a woman his senior and had at least one daughter. The Henry I'm looking at is in Pope Co., Arkansas in 1830. Beyond that I have nothing. I could guess his father to be, perhaps, a George. He may have had a brother, Mitchell, but I'm making wild guesses. The key piece, I guess, is Pope Co., AR.
