I am looking for a William Wallace Hill born Oct 11 1845 in Maine married to a Mildred Sarah Hanson born Sept 1856 in Missouri. They moved to Calif. in the Gold country and proceded to raise a family. Seventeen children of which one was my grandfather Edgar Lincoln Hill. The children were Rosa, Charles E., Ida Irene (Blacknell), Cordelia Margaret (BUcknam),George Wallace, Lilly (Tillison-Kelley),Laura Belle (Sutton), Frances Henry,Lavonia Elizabeth (Terzich),John A.,Walter A.,Edgar Lincoln,Clara Helen (Goodwin),Lester E., William, Fred and Harry. This family has been my brickwall and with so many extended families it's hard to fathom not being able to find out anything before Tuolumne County, Calif.
