Hill was the son of: John Crawford Hill, (1840, Fairfield Co., SC-1910, Muskogee Co., OK) and Amanda Jane Anderson, (1846, Walker County, GA, - 1925, Muskogee Co., OK.) John Crawford was the son of " Reuben F. Hill ( 1813 - 1848, Fairfield Co., SC) and his first cousin, Elizabeth Ellen Hosch, daughter of Mathew Hosch and Mary Hill,14177, (daughter of William Hill Jr., and Dorcas Moberly- 1417). Reuben F. Hill was the son of: Richard Hill Jr. (14172)and Dorcas Funderburg. Richard Hill, (1775-1837, Fairfield Co., SC) Dorcas Funderburg (ca 1775-ca 1850) Richard Hill Jr. was the son of: William Hill Jr. (14C1)and Dorcas Moberly (1417). William Hill, Jr., b. bef. 1750, d. ca 1795, married Dorcas Moberly, (b. ca 1775, d. 1795) both died in Fairfield County,SC. Dorcas was the daughter of William Mobley (141) and Ann Osborne.
