On 14 March 1801, Thomas HILL (Pendleton District, SC) bought 100 acres of land on the Saluda River (Pendleton District) from David Folkner (Greenville District). On 3 March 1806, Thomas HILL sold this land to Benjamin HARRIS for $62. Witnessed by William ACKER and John BAGWELL. A couple of years later (Feb. 1808) Elizabeth HILL, wife of Thomas HILL, signed a statement relinquishing her rights and interest in the land sold to Benjamin Harris.
