Still looking for the parents and/or siblings of a Nathaniel Hill who was supposed to have been born in Johnson, Lamoille Co, Vt in 1823. He died in Northfield, Washington Co, VT May 12, 1893. His first appearance on a census that I can find was in 1850 in Montpelier as a farmer,living alone and age 27. He married Rosina Porter in Calais, VT in 1851 and apparently a few years later they moved to Northfield. They had 6 children of whom 5 lived to adulthood. Nathaniel and Rosina divorced or separated after 1865. Neither of them moved from Northfield after that. I looked at town records and vitals for Johnson, VT but can't find anything on this Nathaniel. There are a couple of Hill families in Lamoille Co, that could be his (due to his age at that time) but I don't seem to be able to pinpoint the right one. Is anyone else related to this family? I could use a little advice or help at this point. Thanks, Mary Johnson
