Said to have executed a will in Franklin Co., TN, dated 26 Oct 1809 (Will Bk. 1-2, 1800-1876); (2) Abraham (1759-1818) m/Elizabeth McGEHEE (1773-1816), son Abraham Scott (1807-1866); (3) Henry (1767-1829) m/Elizabeth ANDREW (b/1830); (4) Theophilus (1769-1829) m/Mary JORDAN (b/1775); (5) Noah (1771-1805) m/Nancy Ann POPE; (6) Miles (1774-1852) m/Tabitha C. POPE, sons James A. (1797-1818), Hampton W. (1800-1851), & Blanton Meade (1802-1857); (7) Wylie P. (1775-1844) m/Martha POPE, sons Alexander Franklin (b/????) & Burwell P.
