There doesn't seem to be much discussion the Southern Hills. I have no proof from personal research but think my first Hill is Spencer Hill m. Mary Rice only show one child Spencer Hill b. 15 Jan 1756, North Cumberland Co. VA d. April 1816, Williamson Co. TN m. Penelope Jane ? b. ca 1765 d. 21 June 1851, Williamson Co. TN There appears to be 8 children, the first 4 born in Northhampton Co. NC I descend from 4th child, Joseph Hill who married in Bedford Co. TN and moved to Henry Co. TN about 1834.
