Dear Hill Researchers, I would like to contact a descendant of James HILL, born 1808 in KY, as his parents, Isaac Hill-Mary BARNES, migrated from Rowan/Surry County, NC through TN and KY into White County, IL, in time for the 1820 Census there. James married Lucinda JOHNSON in Hamilton County, IL 29 August 1852. Their children: Myrandy HILL b. 1853; Harriet HILL-HOOD b. 1855; and John HILL born 1858 in Hamilton County, IL.
