Hello fellow Hill Researchers, I am still looking for information on my HILL family, and hoping to connect with some descendants of the following family. My grandfather was Alfred Hill b. 23 July 1905, in England, his siblings names were: Isaac - who was in the navy in WWII Ida - married a BEDDOWS and lived in Beswick, Manchester in the 1940's. Frances - who married a PARKIN and had children named Frances and Jimmy and a few more boys. Tilly - no info yet. There were other children in this family, the mother of the family was living in Shakespeare Street, Bradford, Manchester in the 1940's, she died around 1954. My grandfather Alfred, worked at Clayton Aniline and was a champion bowler at nearby Openshaw club. He was living in Droylsden, Manchester, at the time of his death in 1959 aged 54.
