I have just learned of a new profession for Russell Hill, Preacher, cause after he left the Civil War ( if he served, as I can find not proof), I had no idea what he did. I always heard that he was to ill to work. So if anyone knows of a Russell Hill who went to Missouri after the War, and went to Boone County, or Callaway County,Missouri, met and married David ANN Dunbar in 1874, and they had 8 children, Charles, Burley, Zay/Issah, Mollie/Sophie, Perry, James, Zeffie, and Roscoe, and he died between 1890 and 1892, Please let me know.
