There is a reference in Hills of Wilkes County Georgia, Book II, to a Sion Hill on page 482. It is a follows, "A Robert Hill was granted land in Edgecomb earlier and there were several deeds executed to his sons, including a son, Sion Hill, in the 1760's. I hope this may be of some help.
