Hello - I am trying to locate the parents/ancestors of my ggggrandfather. His name was: Richard David HILL b. July 13, 1763 - ?? & d. June 4, 1849 Pocahontas Co.,W(VA). It has been suggested that he might have been born in either VA or NC - I really have no support for either. Richard married Nancy McNEEL (b. June 21, 1769 & d.
