I also would LOVE a hard copy of the book. Unfortunately, there are no more left. Mrs. Kuykendall said that he is very ill and that no more books will be printed. Anyone who wants what I have please let me know, as I can send them out to multiple persons at one time. It took several weeks to do this and several days to send the book out a few pages at a time. Each e-mail takes 5-10 minutes and I have hundreds. I will wait a couple of weeks and send them all at one time. There are over 500 pages of it and I scanned each document separately, and it is well documented.
