Hello, I have a James William HILL born in 1823 with no other info except he was probably born in KY. I skip a generation (I think it would be Samuel ). Found a solid lead from LDS FHS. Lewis Reubon b.1803 mar. Patty (Martha?) PERKINS 18Nov1829, in Walden VT. Samuel would have been my GGGrandfather. My grandfather is Isaiah J HILL 1876-1936 Spencer Co., KY. Somewhere in the soup is an Effie Mae HUMES d. 1910. I can't seem to jump the gap. Any help appreciated and mine shared willingly. May take me a while to answer, I have 150 msgs to weed. Thanks, Sherri (HILL) NUTTALL mailto:rnuttall@ptialaska.net Original Message ----- From: <AlexSThomp@aol.com> To: <HILL-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, December 05, 1999 10:15 AM Subject: Re: [HILL-L] Samuel Hill b around 1770 VA > In a message dated 12/4/99 susan@reliable-net.net writes: > > > We are trying to find the parents of Samuel Hill who was born in VA > > around 1770.
