Hello All, I recently found the parents of my Stephen S. HILL who married Sallie WELCH and moved to Randolph County, IL in about 1859. His name is Stephen HILL. He married Laura SPENCER around 1800 in NY. Does anyone have any information of this family? Richard Hayes richardhayes@earthlink.net
