I am still looking for the start of my Hill line. All I know is that my great grandfather came from Kentucky to Missouri. Don't know about date of birth or any siblings, parents. He married David ANNIE Dunbar 1874. They lived in Missouri.... 8 children were born of this marriage. First was Charles Herbert 1877, Burl/Burly (my grand father), Zay, Molle/Sophia, James, Perry, Zeffie, and Roscoe.. Roscoe was born in 1892. On David Annie's death certificate it says Russell died 1892, but not where, and the question of him being alive in 1892 is questionable. David Annie's mother is unknown and father was Thomas. She remarried in 1896 to Lawrence Duffey, and she died in 1923 in RIchmond Missouri.. I have all kinds of information on the children of her and Russell, but nothing to help with finding where Russell was from, who his parents were and where he died in Missouri. lena@valu-line.net
