    1. RE: [HILL-L] Does anyone EVER find there Hill's?

    3. All I can say is keep looking. I found my Hills. My gr grandfather, Richard Hall, was "bound out" to Samuel and Margaret (English) Hill in Delaware Co. NY. I am considering them, for now, his step-parents. Samuel was the son of Ferris Hill and he was never listed in the same census twice that I know of. 1850 Delaware Co. Roxbury 1860 Delaware Co. Middletown 1865 Cortland Co. NY Lapeer Haven't tried to find them yet on 1855, but I suspect he might be with his wife's family in Harpersfield, Delaware Co. NY. His father left Delaware Co. after 1860 and removed to Broome Co. NY. My best suggestion is to try every alternate spelling you can think of. Ferris Hill was recorded as Ferris, Fennis, PHeros.... you get the idea. I am getting so down, I just wanted to ask does anyone out there ever find their Hill's? I hope so cause I would hate to think we all can not find parents, siblings, dates of death, and things, other then me..... Lena ______________________________
