I have them back into England . I did a lot of research on them because I thought at one time they were my family and I have later found they may be related , but are not my direct line. My gg-grandfather was James Brownlow Russell born abt 1809 in NC. or SC. lived in Ala for the 1850 Coosa Co. Ala census . and then between 1850 to 1860 he was in Texas and then for the 1860 census he was in Izard Co. Ark. and then 1870 he was on the census for Pope Co. Ark. and is buried in Appleton Ark. He died 1875 , and he was married to Nancy Hill? or Attaway?, and they had 17 children. Well you probley aren't interested in this . But if you want I can sent you info I have on the Russell's in England and the family of Edward Russell that married Elizabeth Jolliff in Illinois . I also got a note form a decendant of the Kirkhough family in England recently. Dr. Toms, Mother was Hannah Kirkhaugh from Aspatria England. does any of this sound familar? Ina Russell Dollins =20
