Hi, looking for information on James Hill b ? died Dec. 1819 Hill will states that he was of Northhampton County. He had a wife Nancy (maiden name unknown) and 2 children, Mary Ann Hill and James W. Hill b.April 10, 1817. They lived in the area of Murfreesboro, NC which is on the Meherrin River. He was a farmer and also manufactured barrel staves. I am especiall interested in James ancestry. Nancy lived to about 1855. Daughter married Henry White of Northhampton County. Son James married Mary T. Wells (b Apr. 15, 1824) . James died Sept 30, 1888, Mary died May 8, 1877. Having a big problem locating info on James Sr. PLease help if you can. thanks!
