Dismukes record book “L” page 912 Macon County Alabama The state of Alabama Macon County This indenture made and entered into this the eight day of February Eighteen hundred and sixty there between Sion L Hill and his wife Francis Hill of the one part and T J Dismukes of the other part both of the State above written witnessed that the said Sion L Hill and his wife Francis Hill for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and thirty dollars and there in hand paid by the said TJ Dismukes the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold and by there presents do to wit Thirteen acres more or less lying in section twenty seven township seventeen range twenty five in the north east corner of the south fquarter of the south west quarter east lying north of the big branch east of the dry branch in the district of land subject to sale in Montgomery.
