Looking for information on Ferris Hill, born circa 1801 in NY. He is listed on the 1830-1860 census of Roxbury, Delaware Co. NY. Sometime after the 1860 census, he removed to Broome Co. NY, where his dau Sarah, born circa 1838, married Peter Hull Davis. The wedding took place at the Lisle Methodist Church in December of 1864. Ferris Hill bought land that Moses Adams acquired from his adopted father, Robert Pierce. My gr grandfather, Richard Hall, was bound out to his son, Samuel, born circa 1828.
