John, Sarah & William Ingram appear in the 1880 Johnson County Federal Census. They report from E.D. 85 (Enumeration District), 5th Justine Precinct. William is their older son. My G Grandfather, Greene Franklin Ingram, was born 18 Feb 1882 in Grandview, Johnson County Texas. His mother, Sarah Ingram, died a month later, 4 Mar 1882. Greene's grandparents, the parents of John T. Ingram, raised Greene. Their names were Solomon & Elizabeth Ingram. Solomon & Elizabeth Ingram also appear in the 1880 Johnson County Federal Census. That's really all I know. I am guessing that if Sarah was buried in Johnson CO, TX, the grave was and is probably unmarked. If you find anything, please let me know. Once again, thanks for all of your help. Let me know if you ever need any help in the New England area! -Krista Ingram Groton, MA On 1/7/2000 at 6:23 AM, HILL-D-request@rootsweb.com wrote: > HILL-D Digest Volume 00 : Issue 5 > > Today's Topics: > #1 Re: [HILL-L] Hill family NJ/PA ["Bettijane Larson" <bjlarson@uswes] > #2 [HILL-L] Franklin NH 1928 Harness ["4dehills" <4DEHILLS@sprintmail.co] > #3 [HILL-L] Thomas Hill ["Helen Wooldridge" <hjw@networx.ne] > > Administrivia: > To unsubscribe from HILL-D, send a message to > > HILL-D-request@rootsweb.com > > that contains in the body of the message the command > > unsubscribe > > and no other text.
