I am searching for the parents of Thomas N. Hill who was in Cannon/Coffee Co. Tennessee in 1855 when he married Elizabeth McCullough. He served in the Confederate Army, was captured and died in 1865 in a prisoner of war camp. I cannot find him other than in the 1860 census in Coffee Co.An LDS form has his middle name as "H" but I believe that is wrong. There has been rumors in the family that others in his family fought in the Union Army and that this caused a riff among the family members. Maybe no one wants to claim him? His widow married two more times-once to Thomas Harrold and again to Harman Frazier. She and Thomas Hill had two children: William Glasper and Mary Elizabeth.
