Hi phil, Is his birth date correct? 1967? Is he still alive? If so, why can't he go to the hospital he was born in or apply for a copy of his birth certificate with the health dept.? If he is deceased.....get his death certificate and go get his birth certificate from the health dept. Shouldn't be to hard if you are family. If you live in another state.....just call or write the dept. of health in the state he was from and they'll give you info on how to obtain the records you need. If he's alive.....he needs to do it himself. Hope this helps.
