Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Wd.2ADI/38.1 Message Board Post: I don't know of any ROSE RANCH on the corner of Union and Beretania, but there was a Rose Ranch on the the island of Maui which they later named ULUPALAKUA RANCH. Capt. Makee was the owner of the ranch way back in the 1800's. They BALDWINS' later bought the ranch and the current owners are now the ERDMANS. There was some records of all the previous owners of the ranch, but I'm not sure if the records are still available as there was a fire back in the late1980's or early 90's that destroyed the main house.
