Robert, I don't have the info, but if you or anyone has access to a Honolulu/Oahu City Directory from the first part of this century, you will find a section that describes the locations of different streets -- "running north-south between x and y streets," for example. Sometimes libraries and Family History Centers have city directories on microfilm, or the original hard-copy available.
