The Body of the Will Reads: I Mahlon Hicks of the township of Bensalem township, Bucks County, being of sound mind memory and understanding, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner following to wit... First... I order my just debt to be paid as soon as convenient after my decease... Second... I give and bequeath unto my Wife Rebecca Hicks all that I may possess, during her life- Third... I give and bequeath unto my following named Children or their legal representatives viz Mary Harding, Jemima Lefferts, George Hicks, Henry Hicks, Grace Rigley or her legal representatives, William Hicks and Anna Jackson, Each the sum of One Dollar to be paid to them by my Executor as soon as convenient after their mother's decease... Fourth... I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my Estate both real and personal unto my Son Aaron Hicks and my Daughter Rebecca Hicks to be equally divided between them or their legal representatives share and share alike, to them their heirs and assigns forever after their Mother's decease, and further I direct that should either my son Aaron or my Daughter Rebecca die without heir then the surviver to have all my real Estate forever. Fifth and Lastly... I make and ordain my Son George Hicks the Executor of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former by me made...
